At FARIM, we hold the spiritual well-being of every believer in sacred trust. When you submit prayer requests, counseling inquiries, or spiritual concerns to Prophet Samuel Adebayo Ojo (Baba Authority) or the appointed prayer team:

• Private by Default: All prayer requests remain strictly private between you, the Prophet, and the intercessory ministry, unless you explicitly select “Public for Community Prayer”.
• Altar Discretion: Personal deliverance details, medical situations, and family issues are treated with strict apostolic confidentiality and will never be published or broadcast without written consent.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to minister effectively, support your spiritual journey, and maintain secure member operations:

• Identity & Contact: Full name, email address, phone number, and residential home branch selection.
• Spiritual Records: Daily scripture quiz completions, devotional activities, and saved sermon bookmarks within your private dashboard.
• Giving & Support Records: Transaction references, currency, contribution purpose (Tithe, Offering, Welfare, Missions), and timestamps. We never store your bank card numbers, CVVs, or online banking PINs.
• Disciplinary & Safeguarding Logs: Any reported ethical concerns or inquiries are maintained under strict access controls accessible only to authorized council administrators.

3. Financial Security & Payment Compliance

All financial contributions to FARIM (tithes, offerings, project pledges, and missions support) are processed in compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and international financial security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1):

• Transactions are encrypted with end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Online transactions are processed via certified payment gateways (such as Paystack).
• Official FARIM bank accounts displayed on our Support page are verified directly with certified commercial banking partners.

4. Data Protection & Member Rights (NDPR & GDPR)

In compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international privacy frameworks, every registered member possesses the following rights:

• Right of Access: You may view all data stored in your member dashboard at any time.
• Right to Rectification: You may update your profile details or request an official branch transfer directly through the portal.
• Right to Erasure: You may request the deactivation and deletion of your digital account by contacting the IT department.
